Sssgame22 Terms and Conditions – Rules and User Rights

This document sets out the Terms and Conditions for use of the sssgame22 platform, available at sssgame22.net. By accessing, registering, or using any feature of sssgame22, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all clauses described herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Clause 1

Use of the sssgame22 platform is subject to full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the specific rules of each product (Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, and promotions). These documents together form the agreement between you and sssgame22.

Acceptance is given expressly by checking the confirmation box during registration, and implicitly by using any feature of the platform after signing up. sssgame22 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with prior notice by email or an in-platform notification.

2. Registration & Account

2.1 Eligibility requirements

To create an sssgame22 account, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal;
• Not be under an active self-exclusion on sssgame22 or in any other voluntary exclusion program to which the platform is linked;
• Not have had an account previously closed by sssgame22 for violation of these Terms.

2.2 Account Uniqueness

Each user may hold only one active account on sssgame22. Registering multiple accounts using the same CPF, the same email address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts detected by sssgame22 will be closed and any bonus balances will be cancelled. Real deposit balances may be returned following a case-by-case review.

2.3 Accuracy of information

The information provided during registration — full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, and mobile number — must be accurate and match exactly the account holder's identity document. sssgame22 may request additional documents for identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. Refusing to provide these documents may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

2.4 Account security

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must immediately notify sssgame22 via live support. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from the voluntary or involuntary sharing of credentials by the user.

3. Deposits

Sssgame22 accepts the following deposit methods for users in Brazil:

• Pix: instant processing, available 24/7;
• Boleto bancário: settlement within 1 to 2 business days after payment;
• Credit or debit card: processed within 15 minutes;
• PicPay: processed within 15 minutes;
• Mercado Pago: processed within 15 minutes;
• TED Transfer: available for Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, and all other banks participating in Brazil's national financial system.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction. There is no defined maximum deposit limit, but sssgame22 may request proof of the source of funds for amounts above R$ 5,000.00 per transaction, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 9.613/1998).

4. Withdrawals

Clause 4

To request a first withdrawal, users must have completed the identity verification process (KYC), which requires submitting a clear photo of a government-issued ID (RG or CNH) and a selfie holding that document. Document review is completed within 24 business hours.

Withdrawals at sssgame22 are processed exclusively to:

• Pix key (CPF, email, phone number, or random key) registered to a bank account held by the same CPF used at registration;
• Bank transfer via TED to Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and other institutions participating in Brazil's payment system.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Pix processing takes up to 3 minutes after the request is submitted. TED withdrawals follow banking hours and may take up to 1 business day. sssgame22 does not charge any fees on real balance withdrawals.

4.1 Bonus Balance Withdrawal

Bonus balance may only be withdrawn after the rollover requirement for the corresponding promotion has been fully met. Real balance (from your own deposits) may be withdrawn at any time, regardless of rollover status. If you request a withdrawal of your real balance before completing the rollover, any remaining unconverted bonus balance is automatically cancelled.

5. Sports Betting

Sssgame22 offers sports betting markets across more than 30 disciplines, with a special focus on Brazilian football — Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana — as well as other sports popular in Brazil, such as MMA/UFC, volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB and NBA), and e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant, Free Fire).

5.1 General betting rules

• The minimum amount per bet is R$ 1.00;
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the Cash Out feature is available and active for the market in question;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 72 hours, bets are voided and the amount is returned to the user's balance;
• For Live Betting, odds may be temporarily suspended during key match events (goals, red cards, VAR). Bets confirmed before the suspension remain valid;
• Sssgame22 reserves the right to correct obvious odds errors — prices clearly out of line with the market due to technical faults. Bets placed on manifestly erroneous odds may be voided, with notification sent to the user.

5.2 Cash Out

The Cash Out feature (early bet settlement) is available on selected markets, particularly for matches in the advanced stages of competitions such as Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and Brasileirão. The Cash Out value is calculated based on the current odds at the time of the request and may be lower than the potential return of the original bet. sssgame22 may temporarily suspend Cash Out during critical live events.

6. Casino & Other Games

Clause 6

Sssgame22 offers an online casino featuring live tables (roulette, baccarat, blackjack), slots from multiple developers, crash games, and other electronic games of chance. These products are operated according to the specific rules of each game, available on each game's screen.

The user acknowledges that casino games involve elements of chance and that outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). sssgame22 does not guarantee winnings in any casino category. Responsible use of casino products is strongly encouraged — use the deposit limits and control tools available in your account settings.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Clause 7

Sssgame22 offers regular promotions to its users. Each promotion has specific rules described on its corresponding page. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses are valid only for users registered with accurate, verified information;
• No bonus may be combined with another active bonus unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount received, not on the deposit;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover requirement for Sports Betting;
• In Live Casino, some tables may carry reduced weight toward the rollover — check the specific conditions of each promotion;
• Bets placed on both sides of the same market (hedge bets) do not count toward the rollover and may result in the cancellation of the bonus;
• The 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit has a maximum bonus of R$ 500.00, rollover of 5x the bonus amount and validity of 30 days from the time of credit.

8. User Conduct

Sssgame22 users agree to use the platform lawfully and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Creating or using more than one account on sssgame22;
• Use of third-party personal data for registration or verification;
• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any tool that simulates human interaction on the platform;
• Manipulation of betting markets or colluding with other users to exploit arbitrage situations at sssgame22's expense;
• Any activity constituting money laundering or financing of unlawful activities;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties;
• Use of the platform by anyone under 18.

Violating any of these points may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, and, in cases involving illegal activity, reporting to the relevant authorities.

9. Account Closure

Clause 9

The user may request the closure of their sssgame22 account at any time via live support. Prior to closure, any available real balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the rules in Clause 4. Unconverted bonus balances are cancelled at the time of closure.

Sssgame22 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts unilaterally in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Use of the platform by anyone under 18 years of age;
• Order from a competent judicial or regulatory authority;
• Extended inactivity as defined by the platform's internal policy (account with no activity for more than 24 months).

10. Responsible Gambling

Clause 10

Sssgame22 maintains an active responsible gambling policy and provides the following tools directly within the user's account settings:

• Daily and weekly deposit limit: set by the user, takes effect immediately upon configuration;
• Session time alert: notification sent to the user after a configured period of continuous play;
• Temporary self-exclusion: account suspension for a period chosen by the user (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months);
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure at the user's request, with no possibility of reopening.

Sssgame22 also trains its support team to identify signs of problematic behavior and, when necessary, direct users to available support resources. 11. Data Protection

• Right to correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Right to data portability to another service;
• Right to deletion of personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations;

12. Limitation of Liability

Sssgame22 is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform. The outcomes of sporting events and casino games are independent of sssgame22 and involve random, unpredictable factors. By using the platform, the user acknowledges that betting is a form of entertainment that carries inherent financial risk.

Sssgame22 is not liable for:

• User-side internet connection failures that prevent bets from being registered;
• Losses resulting from voluntary or negligent sharing of account credentials;
• Odds changes resulting from market events or publicly available information about the events being bet on;
• Temporary platform outages due to scheduled maintenance, provided advance notice has been given.

13. Changes to the Terms

Clause 13

Sssgame22 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the registered email and through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new conditions will constitute acceptance of the changes.

If the user disagrees with the changes, they must close their account and withdraw any available real balance before the new conditions take effect. Closing an account under these circumstances does not result in any penalty to the user.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of the sssgame22 platform that are not resolved amicably through support will be submitted to the competent courts under current Brazilian law.

The user agrees that, before taking any legal action, they will first attempt to resolve the matter directly with sssgame22 at contato@sssgame22.net or via live chat, allowing a reasonable period of 15 business days for an administrative resolution.
